Base Salary
$211k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, scale, and support secure real-time and batch healthcare integrations
- Use REST-like APIs, FHIR, and other third-party APIs to build healthcare integrations
- Design and maintain integration infrastructure while improving performance, stability, quality, and security
- Collaborate with health system customers and external partners to deploy, troubleshoot, and support integrations
- Enhance existing systems, improve the codebase, add documentation, share knowledge, and limit technical debt
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, implementation, support, product, design, machine learning, and infrastructure teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience launching business-critical integrations with large enterprises
- 2+ years of VistA integration experience
- Experience with mPage Workflow components, Dynamic Documentation, and CCL
- Experience with REST-like APIs, FHIR, OAuth2.0, and mTLS
- Experience or interest in Node.js/TypeScript and Google Cloud Platform
- Passion for healthcare integrations and comfort working across domains and languages
- Ability to work autonomously, self-direct, collaborate effectively, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Nice to have: 2+ years of healthcare data integration experience
- Nice to have: experience delivering integrations with EHRs such as Oracle Health/VistA
- Nice to have: familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or X12
