Base Salary
$193k - $241k/yr
Responsibilities
- Research and identify customer business problems and develop, experiment with, iterate on, and refine customer-centric solutions.
- Own the technical win and drive technical deals forward within enterprise accounts.
- Understand product integrations and MCP servers.
- Lead demonstrations showcasing BoxAI, Box Web, Mobile, Shield, Relay, Sign, Governance, Canvas, Platform, and other Box solutions.
- Manage the extended team as the technical quarterback from a solution standpoint.
- Communicate the business value of Box solutions to technical and non-technical customer audiences.
- Support field marketing events as a Box subject-matter expert and presenter.
- Travel up to 50% to engage with customers in the assigned territory.
Requirements
- A four-year degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- At least 5 years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience in SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or cloud platforms is required.
- Technical fluency with LLMs, embeddings, automation, context engineering, and prompt engineering is expected.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to build trust with technical and non-technical audiences are required.
- Ability to learn and communicate complex technical concepts and create compelling, business-value-focused solutions is required.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, REST, OAuth, JSON, Python, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools such as Nintex, Zapier, Workado, and n8n is a plus.
- Strong follow-through, stamina, creativity, and problem-solving ability are expected.
