Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance IRIS AI Studio, a no-code platform for creating, deploying, and operating custom AI agents.
- Develop the full-stack studio experience, runtime infrastructure, and integrations connecting agents to operational systems.
- Design, develop, and operate reliable, scalable, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services.
- Own technical problems end-to-end from design through production and support adoption across Amazon Fulfillment’s global operations.
- Apply software development lifecycle practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
