Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable automation and observability platforms for national-scale telecommunications networks.
- Drive technical initiatives from concept through production and make trade-offs among performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with network engineers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Build and operate streaming data pipelines and AI-powered automation systems across the full stack.
- Establish engineering standards and introduce technologies that improve team efficiency.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for critical production systems.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience building and shipping production software, preferably in Golan and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Linux environments, event streaming platforms such as Kafka, and real-time data processing is desirable.
- Experience with Grafana, Victoria Metrics, Elasticsearch, CI/CD practices, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with GraphQL or gRPC is a plus.
- Exposure to LangChain, PyTorch, N8N, or Temporal is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
