Base Salary
$50k - $60k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end software solutions and lead system design for scalable, performant, maintainable, and business-critical services.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects from concept through delivery and align technical execution with business needs.
- Build and maintain distributed systems using Spring Boot microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Design and optimize MySQL and Oracle databases and manage Redis, Eureka Server, ELK Stack, Nginx, and Apache in production systems.
- Own Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment automation, infrastructure as code, monitoring, logging, alerting, and reliability practices.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code and design reviews, and advise senior leaders on technical initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level software development.
- Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, Oracle, Redis, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Linux/UNIX, Nginx, Apache, and ELK Stack.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Demonstrated ability to architect and deliver complex backend systems and mentor technical teams.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence senior leaders and align multiple teams.
- Preferred experience using AI productivity platforms such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT.
