Responsibilities
- Design and deliver robust features using C# and .NET.
- Guide technical approaches, architecture, trade-offs, and team delivery.
- Lead and support a team of 5–8 engineers while partnering with the Engineering Manager.
- Review code, mentor engineers, and strengthen technical quality.
- Identify delivery and technical risks and help the team navigate them.
- Promote strong practices across software design, testing, deployment, and maintainability.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Managers on delivery priorities.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to reason about systems.
- Experience designing and delivering software features in C# and .NET.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, guide architecture, and make engineering trade-offs.
- Ability to mentor engineers, build technical confidence, and lead through collaboration and example.
- Ability to balance delivery momentum with long-term maintainability.
- Experience working with or understanding the listed ecosystem of web services, databases, messaging, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems is relevant; knowledge of every tool is not required.
