Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for zero-downtime delivery of enterprise-scale applications.
- Build and extend internal automation tooling for deployments, operational tasks, and developer workflows.
- Support build, test, and deployment automation in collaboration with product teams.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes.
- Develop infrastructure as code with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Administer and tune Linux and Windows Server systems in production and non-production environments.
- Automate development workflows and operational tasks using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Support application scalability, security, and resilience.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
- Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a related engineering role supporting large enterprise-scale software.
- Experience automating zero-downtime deployments for high-availability systems.
- Expert-level scripting ability in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Extensive Linux and Windows Server system administration experience.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps, including internal automation tooling.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience developing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer are preferred.
- Experience in regulated industries or with compliance frameworks such as SOC2 or GDPR is preferred.
- Experience with Agile development practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence is preferred.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog is preferred.
- Experience with cloud-native security best practices is preferred.
