Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual test cases across frontend, API, and database layers, identifying edge cases, business risks, and integration scenarios.
- Create traceable test evidence and execution reporting in Allure.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber BDD and Serenity BDD.
- Integrate automated tests into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to performance, load, and stress testing.
- Review test code, test designs, and team practices with developers and QA colleagues.
- Analyze test results, defects, and quality metrics to improve coverage and delivery decisions.
- Improve QA approaches, automation strategy, tooling, and testing practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on quality assurance experience, including manual testing and automation-led quality practices.
- At least 3 years of test automation experience, ideally in complex enterprise application environments.
- Experience with Serenity BDD, Cucumber, and Gatling, or strong willingness to develop expertise in these tools.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, and Gradle.
- Experience testing web services for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Finance, investment risk, or asset management experience is preferred.
- ISTQB certification is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required; German is a plus.
- Ability to use AI tools productively and responsibly while applying critical judgment to data and AI outputs.
