Responsibilities
- Design the test automation strategy, architecture, frameworks, and test environments.
- Automate functional, integration, and regression tests using Selenium and Cucumber.
- Define the API testing strategy using Postman and SoapUI.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish QA team quality standards and best practices.
- Mentor and technically supervise junior team members.
- Collaborate directly with clients and development teams.
Requirements
- More than 3–5 years of experience in test automation, including solid experience designing and defining test environments.
- Advanced experience with Selenium and Cucumber, including automation framework design.
- Experience testing APIs with Postman and SoapUI, including integration-test strategy design.
- Solid experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Previous financial or banking-sector project experience is highly valued.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
- B2 level of English.
