Base Salary
$145k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution users to translate ambiguous commercial needs into clearly scoped problems.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on LLM-enabled tools for CRM intelligence, meeting preparation, campaign and audience analytics, and distribution reporting.
- Build production-quality solutions independently from concept through working implementation.
- Integrate solutions with agent runtimes, internal data platforms, CRM, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Apply security, governance, auditability, responsible-AI guardrails, evaluations, and human oversight in a regulated environment.
- Validate prototypes through short user-feedback cycles, identify ideas with production potential, and partner with engineering to scale them.
Requirements
- Strong Python skills and genuine AWS engineering depth.
- Hands-on experience building or deploying agentic AI on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, or the ability to become productive with it quickly.
- Modern software development experience including version control and API design.
- Direct experience working with Sales, Marketing, or Distribution teams in asset management or financial services is strongly preferred.
- Fluency with how funds are sold, serviced, and reported, including CRM, campaigns, mandates, and flows.
- Ability to independently take ambiguous problems from concept to working solution in fast-moving, loosely defined environments.
- Ability to work effectively with both commercial teams and engineering while applying security, data governance, and responsible-AI practices.

- Estimated base salary of $145,000–$175,000 per year.
