Responsibilities
- Lead SAP SD implementation and support projects as a lead consultant.
- Configure SAP SD for sales, shipping, billing, pricing, credit management, rebates, outputs, third-party individual purchase orders, sales BOMs, and variant configuration.
- Drive Order-to-Cash processes, including MTO and MTS scenarios.
- Prepare functional specifications, unit test cases, business process mappings, and documentation.
- Support integration with FICO, MM/LES, PP, QM, WM, customer service, repair sales, and warranty processes.
- Work with end users to gather requirements and drive functional and technical discussions.
- Lead client engagements through the entire lifecycle and support transitions to solution and project teams.
- Participate in local and global development projects and collaborate with project teams.
Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in SAP SD, including sales, shipping, billing, pricing, credit management, rebates, outputs, and basic functions.
- Experience with two end-to-end SAP SD implementations.
- Expertise in SAP SD configuration, including third-party individual purchase orders, sales BOMs, and variant configuration.
- Experience with IDocs, LSMW, batch jobs, and SAP Queries.
- Hands-on Order-to-Cash experience with MTO and MTS scenarios.
- Experience preparing functional specifications for development objects.
- Understanding of integration with FICO, MM/LES, PP, QM, WM, and customer service processes.
- Basic ABAP knowledge, including function modules and ABAP debugging.
- Experience leading functional and technical discussions and driving engagements independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Global assignment experience and domain industry experience are preferred.
- SAP SD certification is an added advantage.
