Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Build intelligent AI workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft Foundry Agent Services.
- Develop scalable Python AI applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed-system architectures.
- Implement GenAIOps processes covering solution design, deployment, monitoring, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.
- Engineer secure, resilient, highly available AI platforms across Azure and AWS.
- Design and maintain containerized AI workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and ARM/Bicep.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, observability solutions, and operational monitoring.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and product teams while meeting software engineering, governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Six to eight years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI architectures.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Microsoft Foundry Agent Services.
- Advanced Python development, API design, and microservices architecture experience.
- Experience deploying and managing AI/ML workloads in Azure and/or AWS.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
- Understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, data privacy, observability, monitoring, and production support in regulated environments.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
