Base Salary

$105k - $148k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship production AI applications using Claude, Anthropic tooling, and AWS.
  • Develop agent orchestration, tool integrations, and context designs for multi-step agentic workflows.
  • Work on agent behavior, prompt and context architecture, evaluation design, or AWS-based AI infrastructure.
  • Implement automated evaluation and output validation methods for reliable AI systems in a regulated environment.
  • Collaborate on technical designs and participate in code and architecture reviews.
  • Partner with AI Governance on the technical implementation of governance-defined standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience; internships and substantial academic project work may be considered for exceptional candidates.
  • Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and modern engineering practices including CI/CD and containerization.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI/LLM systems through coursework, personal projects, internships, or early professional work.
  • Preferred exposure to Claude, the Anthropic API, Claude.ai/Console, agent orchestration frameworks, or the Model Context Protocol.
  • Preferred interest or experience with AI infrastructure including Terraform, Kubernetes, or Docker.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; interest in financial markets or regulated industries is preferred.
