Responsibilities
- Lead complex full-stack design, development, architecture, and implementation decisions for performant, scalable, high-quality software.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create sustainable architectures and solutions.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for escalated issues.
- Review code and ensure adherence to architectural and coding standards.
- Mentor engineers through technical leadership and drive continuous improvement in development practices.
- Ensure software quality through test automation and assist with manual testing as needed.
- Participate in CRD scrum activities, including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with global teams on platform initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is recommended.
- 12+ years of professional software development experience is recommended.
- Strong experience with React and Java.
- Experience designing distributed systems.
- Experience leveraging AI tools in routine development and work activities.
- C# experience is a bonus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Financial-services experience is a plus.
