Base Salary

$100k - $144k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers developing enterprise applications with React, MVC, and .NET.
  • Oversee software architecture and design for scalable, secure, performant cloud-native solutions.
  • Develop and maintain application integrations, review code, and enforce coding and architecture standards.
  • Drive cloud migration, framework upgrades, application retirement or replacement, and improved operational support.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and define processes for consistent implementation across teams.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders on requirements, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to architectural, design, and API documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of software development experience and at least 3 years leading and mentoring developers.
  • At least 5 years of experience with React and C#/.NET programming.
  • Demonstrated experience with PaaS solutions, cloud development, deployment, and management.
  • Experience building and launching applications from requirements and architecture through development, deployment, and support.
  • Strong full-stack development, database design, and SQL Server or similar database experience.
  • Experience with Azure services, cloud platforms such as AWS, DevOps practices, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing frameworks.
  • Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, MVC, MVVM, application refactoring, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Preferred certifications include Azure Developer Associate, MCPD, or MCSD.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ability to work under pressure.
