Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate Basic and Advanced Microsoft 365 Copilot workshops for end users, power users, and administrators.
- Design and deliver Agent Builder and Copilot Studio training workshops covering agent building, testing, and governance.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom AI agents using Microsoft Agent Builder and Copilot Studio with enterprise data sources, connectors, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Support Copilot readiness assessment, configuration, use-case discovery, rollout, adoption, and change management.
- Act as an on-the-ground technical advisor by troubleshooting issues, gathering feedback, and translating user needs into AI solutions.
- Ensure development and deployment activities comply with client security policies and government data-handling requirements.
- Create workshop content, hands-on labs, reference guides, and best-practice documentation.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience conducting Basic and Advanced Microsoft 365 Copilot training workshops.
- Proven experience delivering Agent Builder and Copilot Studio training workshops.
- Demonstrated experience building AI agents with Microsoft Agent Builder and Copilot Studio from design through deployment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Power Platform.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Singapore citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain Singapore Government security clearance, including required vetting.
- Willingness to work on-site at client premises, including secured government facilities.
- Required certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: AI Agent Builder Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), and Microsoft Applied Skills: Build an Agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Preferred qualifications include MINDEF Singapore engagement experience, secured or classified government-environment experience, additional Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, PL-200, or AI-102, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dataverse experience, and familiarity with responsible AI, data governance, and enterprise information security.
