Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate Basic and Advanced Microsoft 365 Copilot workshops for end users, power users, and administrators.
- Lead Copilot adoption and change-management programs across MHA agencies, including stakeholder mapping, training calendars, communications, feedback analysis, and reporting.
- Design and deliver train-the-trainer programs, facilitator guides, user scenarios, and scalable enablement materials.
- Deliver Agent Builder and Copilot Studio workshops covering agent creation, testing, and governance.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Agent Builder and Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365 services and enterprise data.
- Ensure training, development, and adoption activities comply with MHA security and government data-handling requirements.
Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot training for the Ministry of Home Affairs is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience conducting Basic and Advanced Microsoft 365 Copilot training workshops at scale.
- Experience delivering Agent Builder and Copilot Studio training workshops and building AI agents with those platforms.
- Experience leading large-scale Copilot adoption and change-management programs across public-sector or enterprise organizations.
- Strong facilitation, curriculum-design, and stakeholder-management skills from C-suite to frontline users.
- Singapore citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain Singapore Government security clearance, including MHA vetting.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900).
- Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist certification.
- Microsoft Certified Educator or Microsoft Innovative Educator Master Trainer certification.
- Microsoft AI for Educators certification or equivalent Copilot enablement training.
- PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner certification.
- Preferred qualifications include Singapore public-sector engagement experience, secured or classified government-environment experience, Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals, Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), AI Agent Builder Associate, and Microsoft Applied Skills: Build an Agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
