Responsibilities
- Act as a technical trusted advisor and advocate for CrowdStrike’s cloud-delivered security architecture.
- Develop and deliver technical enablement programs, workshops, training, and hands-on sessions for partner technical teams.
- Design solution architectures, integrations, and operational workflows with partners and customers.
- Support demo environments, NFR deployments, proof-of-concept engagements, and testing methodologies.
- Lead or support partner accreditation and certification initiatives.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, SE, and Support teams to resolve technical blockers.
- Develop training materials, lab environments, scripted demo tools, and integration playbooks.
- Represent the platform at industry events, partner summits, security conferences, and lunch-and-learns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant in enterprise security, SaaS, or partner ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of endpoint defense, cloud security, threat intelligence, identity protection, incident response, Zero Trust, and MDR/XDR environments.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, modern operating system architectures, APIs, and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Familiarity with SIEM platforms, threat analysis, or sandbox environments.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and autonomous-work skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience using AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, SANS, or cloud architecture credentials are preferred.
- Hands-on experience developing parser integrations or custom scripts for security platforms is preferred.
