Responsibilities

  • Write high-quality code following industry best practices.
  • Design and develop Capture components for business document capture, processing, and recognition.
  • Own the end-to-end software lifecycle, including design, development, validation, test automation, deployment, and production support.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineering to review test plans and test cases.
  • Provide technical guidance for software initiatives, technology standardization, and modernization.
  • Provide team technical leadership through task distribution, progress tracking, risk assessment, problem solving, and status reporting.
  • Respond to bug reports and customer escalations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of enterprise product development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, distributed systems, multithreading, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience developing enterprise web applications and microservices with C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET.
  • Experience developing Windows desktop and web applications with WPF and WCF.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and Angular.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs and using CI/CD tools such as GitLab.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
  • Knowledge of authentication mechanisms, load balancers, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
