Responsibilities
- Design, code, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance scalable software solutions using Go, Java, and other modern or object-oriented languages.
- Develop and execute automated API and UI testing strategies and scenarios.
- Work with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, technical initiatives, migrations, and performance or security improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews focused on quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product management, architecture, and global cross-functional teams.
- Perform root cause analysis and continuously improve software and engineering practices.
Requirements
- Go programming experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience is stated as a minimum; the educational qualifications section requests 8+ years in software development and testing, including at least 3 years in cloud-native or SaaS applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience with REST APIs, RDBMS or NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing.
- Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Helm.
- Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, Pulsar, SNS/SQS, CI/CD pipelines, React, Angular, and security best practices is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and cross-time-zone collaboration skills are required.
