Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Oracle ERP modules including Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, HRMS, Manufacturing, Product Hub, MDM, Inventory, and Order Management.
- Build custom forms, reports, interfaces, workflows, extensions, APIs, web services, and Oracle Fusion Middleware components.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle ERP and external CRM, HCM, legacy, and third-party systems.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, go-live, post-go-live support, and production issue resolution.
- Support data extraction, transformation, loading, migration, cleansing, enrichment, and product master data governance activities.
- Perform unit testing and system integration testing, support user acceptance testing, debug issues, and maintain technical documentation.
- Optimize application, database query, report, and workflow performance for scalability and reliability.
- Apply security, data integrity, encryption, role-based access, regulatory, and organizational compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, DBAs, project managers, onshore teams, offshore teams, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate technical solutions, project status, risks, issues, and timelines while supporting project planning and go-live activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of Oracle ERP development experience, including at least 2 years focused on ERP implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Product Hub, MDM, or SCM implementations.
- Proven experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle customizations, Oracle Reports, OAF, APEX, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Database.
- Experience with data migration tools, integrations, Oracle Workflow, AME, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle ERP modules such as MDM, PDH, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management.
- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle Database concepts, SQL Developer, TOAD, XML, JSON, and cloud technologies including OCI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, collaborate across cultures and time zones, and deliver accurate solutions.
- Oracle OCP or Oracle Cloud ERP certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP platforms, Git, DevOps practices, automated testing, Agile or Scrum environments, and Oracle ERP performance tuning is preferred.
