Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop Java full-stack solutions using front-end technologies, back-end frameworks, databases, and integration techniques.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to technical and team decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Java back-end development and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
