Responsibilities
- Design scalable, customer-centric solution architectures using Mastercard products, services, APIs, data assets, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, integration models, process flows, architecture artifacts, and implementation roadmaps.
- Facilitate technical discovery, architecture assessments, client workshops, RFP responses, solution presentations, and pre-sales consulting.
- Design integrations involving processors, PSPs, gateways, fintech platforms, merchants, wallets, digital ecosystems, and third-party providers.
- Define API integration approaches, data exchange mechanisms, authentication models, and system interaction patterns.
- Use SQL, Python, and Jupyter Notebooks to analyze transaction data, API logs, processing records, and operational metrics.
- Build analytical assets, dashboards, reporting tools, and proof-of-concept solutions to support customer engagements and internal initiatives.
- Support East SEA growth programs, business cases, value propositions, implementation planning, early-stage delivery, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in payments, banking technology, fintech, solution architecture, product implementation, consulting, or related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including issuers, acquirers, processors, networks, PSPs, merchants, gateways, and fintech platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing technology solutions in financial-services or payment environments.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, technical architecture, and data flows, plus experience with technical discovery, requirements gathering, architecture assessments, and solution design.
- Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python and Jupyter Notebooks for analysis, proof-of-concepts, automation, and technical investigations.
- Experience using data and analytics for technical and business decision-making.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, data platforms, or modern software architectures is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Mastercard products, services, and network capabilities is advantageous.
- Experience working across Indonesia and East SEA markets is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a local language are required.
