Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create transformational solution designs and architectural visions.
- Develop solution architectures across application software, infrastructure, and related technology components.
- Evaluate alternative architectures for cost, performance, and scalability.
- Create detailed specifications for cloud-based and on-premises components.
- Prepare technical plans and designs aligned with enterprise and solution architecture standards.
- Understand client requirements, collect data, conduct analysis, and resolve problems.
- Produce technology reports and roadmaps reflecting industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Create multiple design views addressing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Deliver innovative solutions through proof-of-concept implementations.
- Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of multi-vendor service integrations and cross-functional software, operating systems, and infrastructure designs.
- In-depth understanding of infrastructure and application software deployment using TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, and COBIT.
- Ability to develop and apply specialist knowledge of reference architectures.
- Extensive experience in technical, IT, or operations roles within large-scale technology services environments.
- Strong client engagement and consulting experience, including needs assessment and change management.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, product, delivery, and other cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Continuous learning mindset regarding technology trends and developments.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
