Responsibilities
- Drive technical solutions for complex AI workloads from technical evaluation through customer ramp and adoption.
- Develop and prototype customer-tailored solutions, proofs of concept, demos, and integration patterns to support sales efforts.
- Provide deep technical consultation, act as a technical advisor, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Create reusable solutions and assets based on customer engagement learnings.
- Document, prioritize, and drive resolution of customer feature requests and issues with product and engineering teams.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events and act as a public advocate for Google Cloud.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience architecting solutions that integrate AI models using agents with enterprise data through RAG, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search.
- Experience coding in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Go, or Java for customer demos, prototypes, or workshops.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia to support clients in Indonesia.
- Preferred experience developing agents with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Google AI Agent Development Kit.
- Preferred experience with SaaS applications, iPaaS, business automation, cloud infrastructure, agentic AI, and cloud networking.
- Preferred experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Preferred knowledge of OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol integration patterns, API gateways, and observability for AI applications.
