Responsibilities
- Lead feasibility studies and the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and oversee ServiceNow performance monitoring, predictive analytics, AI capabilities, integrations, and migration to the ServiceNow Protected Platform.
- Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating ceremonies, coaching teams, managing backlogs, and communicating agile metrics.
- Provide enterprise-wide architecture guidance and promote technical standardization across business units.
- Optimize ServiceNow access controls and licensing while maintaining appropriate security controls.
- Validate vendor solutions, oversee implementation quality, and serve as the technical authority for vendor accountability.
Requirements
- Require 8–10 years of solution architecture experience, including at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow; ServiceNow Customer Service Management experience is preferred.
- Require at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, with experience facilitating ceremonies, managing backlogs, and coaching cross-functional teams.
- Require experience with vendor management, solution validation, large-scale digital transformation, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Require strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Require understanding of IT service management, business process automation, enterprise integration patterns, and AI applications in work processes.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master, TOGAF or similar certification, cloud and integration experience, AI/ML knowledge, regulated-environment experience, and SAFe or LeSS familiarity.
