Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, particularly Customer Service Management solutions.
- Evaluate, govern, and validate ServiceNow implementations through feasibility assessments, architectural reviews, and quality reviews of vendor deliverables.
- Drive ServiceNow innovation involving AI capabilities, predictive analytics, performance monitoring, and SaaS integrations.
- Lead Agile delivery as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead, including facilitating ceremonies, managing delivery metrics, and coaching cross-functional teams.
- Oversee ServiceNow transformation initiatives, including migration to the ServiceNow Protected Platform, platform optimization, and access-control simplification.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders on architectural governance, standardization, and strategic alignment.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of solution architecture experience, including at least 3 years of ServiceNow architecture experience and preferably Customer Service Management exposure.
- Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives and knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, ITSM, business process automation, and integration patterns.
- At least 3 years of Agile delivery leadership experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead, including Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and team coaching.
- Experience with vendor management, technical governance, solution validation, and quality assurance in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience evaluating and applying AI-enabled solutions, automation technologies, and AI-driven insights.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist certification is preferred.
- Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, or SAFe Scrum Master certification is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms and modern integration technologies, AI/ML enterprise applications, TOGAF or similar certification, government or regulated environments, and scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS is preferred.
