Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise discovery sessions and workshops to understand customer challenges, goals, and business requirements.
- Create solution architectures and engage business and IT stakeholders around the proposed approach.
- Develop and deliver differentiated custom solutions, solution concepts, presentations, and business-value recommendations.
- Coordinate and lead the full solution cycle with technical and business resources.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives, key decision makers, customers, partners, and sales teams.
- Clearly communicate solution benefits and technical concepts to stakeholders ranging from frontline staff to C-level executives.
- Translate customer needs into compelling visions and roadmaps.
- Support customer transformation initiatives and participate in internal training and mentorship programs.
- Travel when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent, with 5+ years of work experience.
- Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and application modernization.
- Experience with business cases and value engineering to develop compelling points of view.
- Knowledge of related industry solutions, applications, and operating practices.
- Track record of success in solution engineering, consulting, delivery, or training for a software solution organization.
- Proven experience developing and delivering custom solutions and technical presentations to key decision makers.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, collaboration, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
- Ability to orchestrate sales cycles involving multiple internal and external resources.
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, team-based environments and solve varied problems.
- Fluency in English.
- Exposure to Design Thinking, consulting methodologies, and enterprise architecture is advantageous.
- Financial services, high-tech, or government industry experience is advantageous.
- VMware or industry certifications, especially in cloud or Kubernetes technologies, are highly desirable.
