Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow CSM and FSM solutions, including case management, customer service portals, workspaces, work orders, dispatch, scheduling, and agent mobility.
- Configure accounts, contacts, entitlements, SLAs, assignment and dispatch rules, and geolocation-based work assignment.
- Develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications while favoring out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party asset, billing, mapping, scheduling, and other systems through REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and related interfaces.
- Support upgrades, patching, health checks, system audits, user acceptance testing, end-user support, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in client workshops, solutioning sessions, and delivery across additional ServiceNow modules as needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Demonstrable live-project delivery experience with ServiceNow CSM and/or FSM, including an understanding of how FSM extends CSM.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Knowledge of CMDB, Service Catalog, and Access Control Rules.
- Experience integrating external systems with ServiceNow using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required.
- CIS certification or hands-on experience in HRSD, GRC/IRM, ITSM, ITOM, or SPM is desirable.
- CSM or FSM Product Line Achievement, Now Assist or AI capability exposure, and public-sector delivery experience are desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
