Responsibilities
- Design solution architecture across Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
- Lead architecture workshops and discovery sessions and help client teams operate and extend their solutions.
- Guide engagements from solution design through go-live in partnership with delivery teams.
- Translate marketing goals into data models, segmentation approaches, and personalization use cases.
- Identify client risks and agree on practical next steps with stakeholders.
- Mentor consultants and contribute technical input to pre-sales conversations and proposals.
- Identify opportunities for clients to gain more value from Adobe solutions and share insights with account teams.
- Use AI-powered tools such as copilots and generative assistants for design, documentation, and client enablement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise SaaS or MarTech solutions, including hands-on Adobe Experience Cloud experience.
- Direct client-facing experience and experience helping teams operate and extend enterprise solutions.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale architectures and managing changing requirements across multiple teams.
- Marketing knowledge in at least one of banking and financial services, telecommunications, airlines, hospitality, or retail.
- Curiosity about data science, machine learning, or AI and experience using AI-powered tools.
- Strong communication skills with technical teams and business leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
