Senior Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert for complex customers.
- Lead overall engagement architecture by coordinating multiple architects and aligning project vision, implementation approach, and key artifacts.
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes, technical requirements, integrations, and scalable solution methodologies.
- Guide customers, partners, and colleagues through technical delivery, implementation, emerging technology adoption, and executive engagement.
- Coordinate with project and engagement managers on planning and implementation.
- Perform hands-on Salesforce application configuration and coded solutions where required.
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and community volunteering.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience in a major software domain such as CRM, ERP, or HR.
- Coding experience in object-oriented languages.
- Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes through technology and integration.
- Experience guiding customers and project members in adopting emerging technology for business use cases.
- Ability to work independently and within a distributed team while taking ownership of problems.
- Strong ability to learn new technologies, present, communicate, and facilitate discussions.
- Ability to travel regionally based on customer needs.
- Preferred: detailed understanding of Web Services, data modeling, enterprise application architecture, integration concepts, ESBs or ETL tools, and common enterprise integration patterns.
- Preferred: experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform, including coded solutions.
- Preferred: experience as a Senior Architect or CTO leading organizational transformation in a mid-sized or large matrixed organization.
- Preferred: public-sector experience in Singapore or across the South Asia region.
- Preferred: ability to build relationships with C-level executives, mid-level leaders, and key decision makers.
