Senior Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead architecture for complex Salesforce Professional Services engagements and coordinate the work of multiple architects.
- Analyze, design, optimize, and guide business and technical requirements, solution vision, implementation approach, and project direction.
- Advise customers and partners on Salesforce platform solutions, enterprise integration, emerging technologies, and business use cases.
- Collaborate with project and engagement managers, account teams, engineering, product management, executives, and customers.
- Provide hands-on Salesforce application configuration when required and support implementation activities.
- Direct and mentor customers, partners, and colleagues in technical delivery, communication, and executive influence.
- Lead or contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, team development, and community volunteering.
- Support pre-sales activities when required to position Salesforce Services.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience in a major software domain such as CRM, ERP, or HR.
- Coding experience in object-oriented languages and ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Experience guiding customers and project members in evaluating and deploying emerging technology for business use cases.
- Ability to work independently and in a distributed team while taking ownership of problems.
- Ability to rapidly learn technologies and Salesforce Clouds, with strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to travel regionally based on customer needs.
- Preferred: detailed knowledge of Web Services, data modeling, enterprise application architecture, integration concepts, ESBs or ETL tools, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Preferred: experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on Salesforce Platform, including coded solutions.
- Preferred: experience as a Senior Architect or CTO leading organizational transformation in a mid- to large-sized matrixed organization.
- Preferred: experience in the public sector in Singapore or across the South Asia region.
- Preferred: ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level, mid-level, and other key decision-makers.
