Responsibilities
- Deliver technical customer engagements through strategy sessions, envisioning workshops, architecture design sessions, and rapid prototyping.
- Lead AI transformation journeys by prioritizing use cases, advising customers on AI trends, and aligning initiatives with business goals.
- Own strategic vision and execution for AI transformation initiatives across targeted accounts.
- Design scalable, secure, and performance-optimized solution architectures based on customer requirements.
- Integrate capabilities across the cloud platform and identify cross-platform synergies.
- Build expertise in AI solutions, AI management and security, real-time intelligence, and application architecture.
- Create scalable field assets, connect technical capabilities to sales opportunities, and support sales leadership and account teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; alternatively, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 6+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise architectures and integrating complex technologies and platforms.
- Consultative selling experience with the ability to provide strategic customer guidance and tailored technical recommendations.
- Experience capturing requirements, prioritizing opportunities, quantifying business value, and identifying risks and constraints.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying AI solutions across cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
- Knowledge of networking, migrations, architecture design, industry standards, and Azure AI-related services.
- Experience delivering design thinking, ideation, or similar problem-framing activities.
- Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines is preferred.
