Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and pain points across data platforms, real-time computing, data governance, and AI/ML workloads.
- Design end-to-end Data+AI solutions for telecommunications, financial services, retail, e-commerce, gaming, and other industries.
- Lead technical exchanges and Proof of Concept projects for key clients.
- Communicate Tencent Cloud Data+AI product value to support cloud adoption, migration, and architecture upgrades.
- Convert successful customer engagements into repeatable local Data+AI solutions.
- Collaborate with system integrators, independent software vendors, consulting firms, product, R&D, delivery, and post-sales teams.
- Provide customer feedback on data compliance, multi-cloud strategy, and product requirements to support localization and roadmap improvements.
- Deliver technical presentations, write proposals, and support client negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Infrastructure or AI Infrastructure, including customer-facing presales or solution architecture experience.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Flink, Elasticsearch, Doris, ClickHouse, and Trino.
- Familiarity with data lake and lakehouse architectures, including Iceberg and Hudi, and serverless data concepts.
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies such as Ray, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLflow.
- Familiarity with lakehouse and AI/ML integration, vector databases, RAG data foundations, data agents, and ontology-based data modeling.
- Experience building machine learning platforms or multimodal data pipelines is preferred.
- Understanding of Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, OJK financial services regulations, and data localization or residency requirements is preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks Data+AI products and the ability to perform competitive analysis.
- Fluent written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a cross-cultural, high-pressure environment.
