Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the AI Lab’s global sandbox platform for AI experimentation.
Integrate AI solutions into the sandbox and provide technical support to teams developing AI products.
Conduct research and development on AI, machine learning, and large language model frameworks.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Support structured AI product incubation and acceleration programs.
Apply quality assurance, risk management, data protection, governance, and regulatory standards to AI products and experiments.
Collaborate with technology, AI, business, higher education, startup, hyperscaler, and government stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers in AI and machine learning best practices.
Support AI education and training programs, ecosystem engagement, and industry events.

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in data, AI, and machine learning, with a record of delivering successful AI projects.
Strong technical skills in programming, AI frameworks, data, DevOps, ML Ops, LLM Ops, and cloud platforms.
Leadership and communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and AI governance and ethics best practices.
Passion for innovation and advancing AI capabilities in the insurance industry.

This is a 1-year contract position.
