Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms for complex business problems.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize artificial intelligence models, including neural networks and decision trees.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and engineer data; coordinate and guide data labeling activities.
- Integrate algorithm models into business systems and support intelligent product implementation.
- Research and implement audio/video algorithms for surveillance and monitoring, including target detection, feature extraction, tracking, and recognition.
- Document algorithms, experiments, and workflows and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Automatic Control, Operations Research, Biology, Physics/Quantum Computing, Neuroscience, Statistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with common machine learning and deep learning algorithms and current state-of-the-art implementations.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++, with strong mathematical, statistical, and coding skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MxNet.
- Rich project experience in machine learning and deep learning and familiarity with CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, and ViT models.
- Experience designing, tuning, and optimizing neural network models is a plus.
- Experience with model compression and deep learning inference transplantation and optimization across NPU, GPU, DSP, ARM, and CPU platforms is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, independent handling of complex research problems, and teamwork skills.
