Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms for complex business problems.
- Construct, train, evaluate, and optimize artificial intelligence models, including neural networks and decision trees.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and engineer data for model training, and coordinate data labeling activities.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate algorithm models into business systems and deploy intelligent product capabilities.
- Research and implement audio and video algorithms for surveillance and monitoring, including target detection, feature extraction, tracking, and recognition.
- Stay current with AI and machine learning advances, investigate new technologies, and drive algorithm innovation.
- Maintain documentation of algorithms, experiments, and workflows and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- PhD or master's degree in computer science, applied mathematics, electrical engineering, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, automatic control, operations research, biology, physics, quantum computing, neuroscience, statistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with common machine learning and deep learning algorithms and current state-of-the-art implementations.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++, with proficiency in mathematical and statistical concepts.
- Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MxNet.
- Rich project experience in machine learning and deep learning, including familiarity with CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, and ViT models.
- Experience designing, tuning, and optimizing neural network models is preferred.
- Experience with model compression and deep learning forward-inference transplantation and optimization across mobile and server platforms is preferred.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, independent handling of complex problems, and teamwork skills.
