Responsibilities
- Lead investigation and resolution of production incidents, application failures, integration issues, and service degradation events.
- Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, APIs, and cloud-native technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain observability capabilities, including dashboards, alerting, service health monitoring, SLIs, SLOs, and reliability metrics.
- Support Azure services, enterprise integrations, Power Platform, Fabric, OneLake, and analytics capabilities for planning and allocation processes.
- Drive AI-enabled operations through intelligent alerting, anomaly detection, self-healing workflows, operational copilots, and agentic automation.
Requirements
- Require 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Enterprise Application Support.
- Require a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Require hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications hosted on Azure cloud platforms.
- Require strong automation and scripting skills using Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, SQL, and modern observability tools.
- Require experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Infrastructure as Code, plus exposure to AIOps, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, or related technologies.
