Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop scalable AR/VR applications using Unity3D.
  • Create and maintain interactive AR and VR user experiences.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, backend developers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Define, design, and ship new software features with other developers.
  • Optimize rendering pipelines and application performance across devices.
  • Integrate AR/VR SDKs and implement UI/UX for immersive environments.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Document software, code, and technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain high-quality, reusable software code.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in software or Unity development, including more than five years creating immersive AR/VR applications.
  • B.E. or B.Tech degree.
  • Very strong C# and MonoBehaviour knowledge, with strong object-oriented programming skills.
  • Strong practical knowledge of software design patterns including Factory, Abstract Factory, Single Responsibility Principle, Command, Strategy, Inversion of Control, and State.
  • Knowledge of Unity DOTS, generics, Unity Profiler, performance optimization, multiplayer development, and consuming REST APIs.
  • Experience with Unity 6, lighting, materials, post-processing, GPU instancing, draw-call optimization, URP/HDRP pipelines, Mecanim, blend trees, rigging, inverse kinematics, physics, addressables, asset bundles, particle systems, and game physics.
  • Strong logical, debugging, documentation, code-quality, and communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Preferred experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Agile/Scrum, and hands-on VR.
