Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain major Unity client systems covering gameplay, UI, live events, feature progressions, sales and offers.
- Contribute to the architecture of a large Unity/C# codebase with emphasis on modularity, testability, performance, and maintainability.
- Partner with design, product, tech-art, QA, analytics, economy, backend, and live-ops stakeholders to deliver scalable client solutions.
- Improve engineering effectiveness through coding practices, tooling, CI/build processes, code reviews, debugging workflows, and technical documentation.
- Investigate and resolve production issues across mobile client systems, platform integrations, monetization flows, and live-event features.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, contribute to technical decisions, and raise engineering quality standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with the Mobile/Unity3D platform and ecosystem.
- Strong C# programming and logical problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of computer science fundamentals and programming best practices.
- Experience building and maintaining client systems for gameplay, UI, event systems, or data-driven feature development.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Strong debugging and profiling skills covering runtime behavior, performance, memory, and production stability.
- Familiarity with testing strategies and quality practices in medium to large codebases.
- Familiarity with mobile native languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, and C++.
- Passion for games, especially mobile games.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools is a plus.
