Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop scalable AR/VR applications using Unity3D.
  • Create and maintain interactive AR and VR user experiences.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, backend developers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Define, design, and ship new software features.
  • Optimize rendering pipelines and application performance across devices.
  • Integrate AR/VR SDKs and implement UI/UX for immersive environments.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Document code and technical specifications, troubleshoot issues, and maintain code quality.
  • Stay current with emerging AR/VR technologies, tools, and platforms.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of professional experience, including more than five years creating immersive AR/VR applications.
  • B.E. or B.Tech degree.
  • Very strong C# and MonoBehaviour knowledge, with strong object-oriented programming skills.
  • Strong understanding and practical implementation of software design patterns, including Factory, Abstract Factory, SRP, Command, Strategy, IoC, and State.
  • Knowledge of DOTS, generics, REST API consumption, Unity Profiler, performance optimization, debugging, and multiplayer development.
  • Experience with Unity 6, lighting, materials, post-processing, GPU instancing, draw-call optimization, URP/HDRP pipelines, Mecanim, blend trees, rigging, IK, physics, Addressables, Asset Bundles, particle systems, and game physics.
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills.
  • Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, JIRA, and hands-on VR experience are preferred.
