Base Salary
$75k - $75k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, modular, reusable web UI components and micro frontends.
- Develop frontend applications using React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components.
- Use Redux and React Query for state management and data fetching, and React Router for client-side routing.
- Lead performance, accessibility, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability initiatives for web applications.
- Deploy, monitor, and support applications using Azure services.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Enforce code quality and development standards using tools such as SonarQube and Mend.
- Support requirements analysis, solution design, estimation, technical planning, and architectural decisions.
- Lead UI developers, coordinate sprint activities and technical reviews, and mentor developers.
- Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, clients, and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance to clients and stakeholders and act as the primary technical contact for UI-related discussions.
- Design technical training and knowledge-sharing initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Senior-level frontend development experience with strong hands-on expertise in React and modern web technologies.
- Advanced conversational English and Spanish are essential and will be evaluated.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor developers, coordinate delivery, and make implementation and architectural decisions.
- Experience with Redux, React Query, React Router, Azure, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, and Mend is stated in the role description.
- Candidates residing in Mexico who are foreign nationals must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.
