Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead and guide multiple teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Make team decisions, advise stakeholders, and contribute to key cross-team decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor team members and support their professional and technical growth.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot complex software issues, and conduct technical reviews.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Deep subject-matter expertise and experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to ensure code quality through testing and review practices.
- Strong performance optimization and complex troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
- Strong influencing, advisory, leadership, and cross-team decision-making skills.
