Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural vision, roadmap, governance framework, and scalability strategy for the Salesforce platform.
- Design secure, high-performance REST/SOAP integrations, event-driven architectures, middleware patterns, enterprise data models, and Large Data Volume strategies.
- Define and enforce development standards for Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, custom metadata, and declarative versus custom solutions.
- Architect single sign-on, OAuth flows, identity management, roles, profiles, permission set groups, restriction rules, and other security and sharing models.
- Oversee deployment pipelines, environment management, branching strategies, version control, CI/CD, and release management.
- Conduct architectural, design, and code reviews and evaluate technical trade-offs and vendors.
- Mentor Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and Business Analysts and communicate technical concepts to business leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- At least 3 years acting as a lead architect for complex, multi-system enterprise integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or business administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce Certified System Architect or Application Architect certification.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Integration Architect, or Data Architect certification.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, enterprise data modeling, event-driven architecture, identity and access management, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder, SOQL/SOSL performance tuning, and asynchronous processing.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, stakeholder-management, and executive presentation skills, with experience aligning technical designs to strategic business objectives.
