Responsibilities
- Develop innovative web and mobile applications for the financial services industry.
- Participate in the full delivery lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, deployment, testing, release, and support.
- Produce technical designs and lead key or complex development tasks.
- Plan and drive technical execution to meet committed scope and timelines.
- Define resource plans with the Project Manager and monitor technical progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with customers and subject matter experts to define technical specifications and application architecture.
- Contribute to effort estimation, design reviews, code reviews, quality assurance, and process improvement.
- Provide technical guidance, lead and develop team members, and support team building and career growth.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in web or mobile application development.
- Proven enterprise application development experience using current mobile, cross-platform, or native technologies.
- Highly proficient in Bootstrap or another major responsive web design framework.
- Extensive experience with web technologies such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, XML, Sass, HTML5, and RESTful APIs.
- Extensive experience with hybrid mobile frameworks or cross-platform applications using web technologies, such as Capacitor.js.
- Knowledge of native mobile code or plugin development.
- Server-side programming experience with Java and SQL is a strong plus.
- Financial industry domain knowledge is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, self-management, and decision-making skills, with willingness to travel and accept overseas assignments.
