Base Salary
$60k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise-grade platform solutions and provide technical leadership to the engineering team.
- Develop and maintain Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Mule, Kafka, SQL/PLSQL, API, and microservice implementations.
- Deploy and maintain containerized applications across on-premises, cloud-native, and hybrid-cloud environments.
- Use OpenShift, Kubernetes, or another container platform for cloud-native deployment.
- Implement infrastructure automation, DevOps, platform architecture, and application integration solutions.
- Monitor applications and platforms using Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
- Optimize performance, build resilient and scalable solutions, and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience, including 7+ years overseeing enterprise-grade platform solutions.
- Strong experience with Core Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Mule, web services, Kafka, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of XML and JSON for API and microservice implementations at scale.
- Significant experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or another container platform.
- Experience maintaining on-premises environments, containerized applications, and hybrid-cloud solutions.
- Experience with Mule ESB, Anypoint Platform, MQ, Kafka, and application performance monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation, DevOps, cloud technologies, and platform architecture.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Financial-domain experience is preferred.
