Responsibilities
- Design and build workflows, integrations, and automations that solve business problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate manual processes into robust automated designs.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions from conception and implementation through production deployment.
- Own workflows through monitoring, documentation, support, and ongoing improvement.
- Ramp up on SnapLogic and Tray and contribute to engineering standards for source control, observability, error handling, retries, and change control.
- Participate in quality reviews, incident response, and on-call practices.
- Help shape the standards, patterns, and ways of working for the new Integration team.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building workflows, integrations, or automations through software engineering, integration platforms, or middleware tools.
- Comfort using AI tools to solve logic problems and automate tasks, with judgment about when deterministic designs are more appropriate.
- Ability to elicit requirements and bridge technical execution with business needs.
- Ability to deliver quality solutions that are monitored, documented, and supportable.
- Growth mindset and comfort working with ambiguity and increasingly complex work.
