Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support custom SAP solutions using ABAP.
- Develop reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, workflows, extensions, and enhancements.
- Build and maintain Object-Oriented ABAP programs using standard SAP development tools.
- Develop and support integrations using BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, ALE, and web services.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, technical documentation, and performance optimization.
- Provide application support, troubleshoot production issues, and support SAP upgrades, enhancements, and implementations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders and contribute to technical reviews and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP development.
- Experience with ALV reports, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, user exits, BADIs, and the enhancements framework.
- Experience with BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, ALE, web services, SAP interfaces, and integrations.
- Knowledge of data dictionary objects, module pool programming, dialog programming, SAP authorization concepts, security controls, transport management, and SAP development lifecycle processes.
- Experience with ABAP Development Tools, Code Inspector, ABAP Unit, debugging, troubleshooting, HANA database concepts, and performance tuning.
- Experience working in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
