Responsibilities
- Integrate MCAL, BSW, RTE, and software components on AUTOSAR Classic Platform projects or develop flash bootloaders for specific targets.
- Analyze customer requirements and perform embedded software development, integration, and testing.
- Document user guides and test results, report problems, and handle platform feature, issue, and change-request tickets.
- Debug and maintain software on real and virtual ECUs using TCP/IP and automotive protocols.
- Work directly with international customers and provide effort estimates and other project-planning inputs.
- Mentor junior team members and travel to customer sites when required.
Requirements
- A major in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in embedded software development.
- Knowledge of microcontrollers, processors, embedded systems, and bare-metal programming.
- C/C++ programming skills and experience with embedded software development.
- Knowledge of OOAD, UML, and design patterns.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as Ethernet, SOME/IP, CAN, LIN, and FlexRay, plus AUTOSAR Classic architecture and methodology.
- Experience with the software development life cycle and exposure to emulators, simulators, debugging, test equipment, and RTOS.
- Flash bootloader development experience is an advantage.
- Good English communication, analytical, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
