Base Salary
$80k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack modern and scalable enterprise applications using Java and related frontend and backend technologies.
- Apply object-oriented analysis and design principles in software development.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
- Develop and integrate streaming and messaging solutions using Kafka.
- Use GitHub or GitLab and modern CI/CD development practices.
- Package, containerize, deploy, and run applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Use GenAI coding assistants and modern integrated development environments.
- Apply modern UI/UX best practices to application development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- 2+ years of private markets experience in asset management.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with Angular or React, Node.js, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, and MyBatis.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design principles.
- Strong understanding of Kafka and streaming or messaging platforms.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform for application packaging, containerization, deployment, execution, and infrastructure as code.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts is preferred but not required.
- Understanding of alternatives investment lifecycle and associated systems is preferred.
- Experience with eFront and Dynamo is preferred but not required.
