Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver projects that align with business goals.
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of self-service tools that enhance the investor experience.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and build solutions that improve business workflows.
- Develop scalable, reliable systems that meet the needs of both internal users and external investors.
- Ensure security, performance, and availability of our critical platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and the deployment of high-quality code.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, focusing on full-stack development, distributed systems, and APIs.
- Experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs, services, and UIs.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, React, Next.js, Vercel, and Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and real-time data processing pipelines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
