Responsibilities
- Design and scale MLOps infrastructure and agentic AI workflows for end-to-end model development, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model architectures and transition experimental models into production-ready, scalable software.
- Build APIs, microservices, and backend business logic to integrate ML models with downstream applications and serve predictions efficiently.
- Construct and maintain scalable data pipelines and feature stores for training and real-time inference.
- Establish monitoring, anomaly detection, incident response, data-quality tracking, model-drift detection, and A/B testing observability.
- Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and optimize models for latency, throughput, compute efficiency, GPU/CPU utilization, and API cost management.
- Read, interpret, and implement advanced algorithms and methodologies from published AI/ML research.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, data science, or a related field.
- Senior-level candidates require 2+ years of professional experience.
- Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, optimization, and evaluation metrics, with hands-on experience using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Practical experience developing agentic AI workflows or LLM applications using autonomous agents, orchestration frameworks, or custom tool-calling/RAG architectures.
- Strong production proficiency with Python or Go.
- Deep understanding of systems architecture and distributed systems, including designing, maintaining, and scaling complex ML pipelines and application logic.
- Experience with Kubernetes or Apache Airflow is highly desirable.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Thai communication skills.
- Ability to work pragmatically and at high velocity while balancing rapid delivery, scalability, and technical-debt reduction.
- Experience with Apache Spark is a strong plus.
